Customers are responsible for accurate contact details and acting on renewal or service notices. Suspension, expiry, restoration, and cancellation are governed by the relevant order or service agreement.

RMR-Soft and its licensors retain rights in the website, reusable tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials. Ownership and licensing of customer deliverables are defined in the relevant project agreement.
